Design Services
We offer our professional in house design service to help you choose the latest colors and designs to create dream kitchen countertop.
We will work with you, your Designer, Cabinet Maker, Contractor or Builder to finalize your unique vision and deliver a countertop that captures your senses.
Laser Templating
After selecting your exact slab of granite or marble, and once your cabinets have been fully installed we can schedule your template appointment. Our up-to-date laser technology enables us to scan your countertop measurement with accuracy to perform precision fabrication, eliminate errors and ensure a perfect fit.
Laser Projection
Once your countertop has been templated the layout is downloaded into our production system. This layout is then projected onto your slab and our fabricators carefully maneuver and decide the layout of the template, taking into account if there are any patterns or special features in the stone. If your granite has alot of movement in the stone, we may ask you to review the layout of your template with us at our fabrication facility.
CNC Cutting & Shaping
The CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine saws, routers and polishes natural stone slabs with unequaled precision and accuracy to guarantee the highest quality countertops. Digital technology, derived from our laser templater, controls all the machine’s processes, reducing production time & errors, dramatically increasing the quality of the finished product.
The stone is precisely cut to the exact template that the laser scanned on site.upon installation, the walls that were laser templates match exactly, even those that were off square.
